Sending problem

I am trying to send a html file and having problems.
I have created the file and can view it OK in explorer.
In explorer when I click File > Send page by email everything looks OK,
although "This message has not been sent" appears above the address boxes. I
can specify addressees as usual.

However when I press Send, nothing happens. No error message, it just
ignores me.

I managed to send a single message earlier today in this manner
successfully, but have treid numerous times since without success. I am not
aware that I have changed anything since the first successful attempt.

Edited to add - i can send other stuff directly from outlook fine, it is
just this html message which i am trying to send using the exlorer File >
Send page by email option that cases problems

I have reposted this problem with a more explanbatory title, in the hope of
getting a faster response. Thx.

Is Outlook running at the time? It must be if you expect the message to go
out.

So when you go open Outlook, is it there sitting in the Outbox folder?
