What do you mean by "send" your old contacts? Where are the old contacts
located, on a different computer? If so, which mail program were you using
on the older computer?

I've attempted to send my old contact list to 'Windows mail' but have not
been successful at this point. What am I doing wrong?

I'm having the same problem. Trying to move contact list from Roadrunner to
Microsoft Outlook under XP. If I EXPORT from Roadrunner, it creates an Excel
file. How do I get it to Outlook??

Export to a .CSV file (I don't know if it makes a difference which one)
In Outlook:
File - Import and Export - Import from another program or file - Comma
Separated Values (Windows)
find the file
etc.

What is the old computer's email program? Are you "exporting to a CSV"
(which is a fairly "standard" method) and then "importing" into Windows
Mail? What exactly are the steps you've taken that have not worked?
