Sending multiple email messages

Good afternoon, I am trying to send an email message to
multiple people. I go to the Inbox:
Click on New button
Click on the To button
The Select Names Diaglog Box appears
In the "Show Names From the" field, I would like to use
the data from our Shared Contact List but it does not
appear in drop down list of choices. How can I make the
Shared Contact list to appear in my drop down list. Some
of the employee have access to the list, others don't.

I assume the Shared Contact List is a public Contacts folder of some kind.
Right-click that folder, select properties | Outlook Address Book and check
the box for "Show as e-mail address book." (or something like that)
