Once I upgraded to Outlook 2003 I lost he capabiltie to send messages when I
hit the sesnd/recieve button that are stored in the outbox. I can find no way
to reactive this. I have only one choice, send immidately. If I don't
activate this the only way I can send a message is to open a new message box
and copy and paste and hit send. In other words I am having to compose the
message twice each time to send it. For years I have been using Outlook and
sending at my desecration, why the change now?

Do you have any anti-virus software scanning outgoing messages? If so,
disable it.
