sending MergeMails

Hi folks,

is it possible to send a mail with attachment to more than
one receipient so that the Attachment is only stored once on
my exchange server?

Only if you don't do a mail merge but send a single message to multiple
recipients.

Or do i need to configure something for that ?

It's automatic. Just send a message to multiple recipients. Exchange will
store the message once.
