Sending meeting invitations in an email

I am organizing multiple meetings with multiple attendees and would like to
include all the meeting invitations in one email. I would like for the
attendees to be able to click on the invitations and accept the meetings that
they wish to attend. How do I do this?

Set up your meetings in your local calendar. Drag and drop the meetings
from the calendar to email and then send it to the invitees. Downside is
that you have no record in the calendar item of who was invited to which
meeting.

Another method is to set up one meeting, invite all the attendees and send
the invitation. Then, right click and drag the meeting to the date
navigator and drop it (using the Ctrl key) to the various dates of the
recurrence and when you release the button, elect the option to send
updates.

Last method is to use WS Repeat Appointment add-in to set a non-standard
recurrence pattern for your meeting. You can access a free trial here:

Thanks Milly. I'm not sure either of the three alternatives will actually
solve my problem, though. My goal was to avoid sending people three
different emails about three different meetings. The recipient group (all
300 people in my company's US operations) stays the same. It's the content
of the meeting that changes. It seems that the first alternative you propose
is the best one; however, I also need the meeting to show up in the
attendees' calendars so they remember to attend, and I need to know who is
attending so I can order enough food. I don't think this alternatives
accomplishes all those things.

Any other ideas? And thanks so much for your original response.
