Sending group emails

Is there a way to send group emails using the TO: so the nickname shows not
the address?
If I use BCC, some programs will block the emails since the person's name is
not showing. I need to send lots of group emails to fellow workers. If I put
my name in the TO and theirs in the BCC then some never receive them. If I
put the Group name in the TO, they all get them but their nickname and email
address shows.
Any suggestions?

The address is always there even though some programs may not show it. The
only way to hide addresses is with BCC.

What Frank said. Also, you should put your own address in TO,
since some servers don't like an empty TO field.
