Sending error

Has anybody had this error?:
Task '<account name> - Sending' reported error
(0x80040109) : 'The operation cannot be performed because
the message has been changed.
And know how to fix it? Any help is appreciated

I recently had a similar error. My setup is that i am using a pop3
account with adelphia. I found the error only occured when I was
sending emails to a group of people from my address book.

Found the error lied with the transfer of my address book from a
Exchange enviroment to a POP3 envviroment. Recently changed jobs and
took my address book with me. Any address which was an exchange
contact from my old domain did not send correctly with the POP3
account. Manually rekeyed the addresses as SMTP addresses and they
went through just fine. Hope this is of assistance, as there are many
postings for this error that may be a similar issue.
