Hi,
For the last 2 weeks everytime I log on to the Internet -
receive a message that says IE must close down, the latest
file is toolbar.dll. I have been sending reports
everyday. Once that report is sent / or restart IE no
problems - any suggestions would be appreciated. Is there
a way to unistall and install without any problems.
Thanks

ToolBar.DLL does not exist on my system. Ya might try
searching for the file, and renaming it "toolbar.dll.bak",
then restart andsee what happens. It sounds like IE is
crashing toolbar.dll, and both are closing, then when you
restart IE, Toolbar.dll is not loaded anymore. Toolbar.dll
might be a third party addition to IE that is not
compatible with IE. You may have to uninstall the software
it came with.

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
