sending emails

i want to send an email to everyone in my contact list to the Bcc: how do i
do that without clicking on everyone in my contacts list? Outlook express i
could highlight and i can not figure it out.

Create Mail
click on To: or BCC:
select all contacts (click on first contact ,hold down the Shift key, scroll
down, click on last contact)
click on BCC:


You can also create a group, add contacts to the group, then just send to
the group name...
