I use Outlook 2003 on my laptop. At home my emails work fine, but when I
travel I can received, BUT cannot send emails from Outlook. I can send emails
when I go to my servers' webmail site. Is there a special setting I need to
create in Outlook?

The most likely reason for this is that you're not connected to the same ISP
and most good ISPs will disallow sending mail from another ISPs server. Your
IP block isn't likely one they own so it's disallowed. One method that I'm
aware of for getting around this with SOME ISPs is to use authentication on
your account. Have you tried changing those settings - inputting your
user/pass info for sending mail - to see if it works?
