sending email

I can receive but cannot send email form Windows Mail. ANyone familiar with
this error message form McAfee?

One or more e-mail messages cannot be sent.

After you verify the format of your recipient addresses, McAfee recommends
that you resend those messages from your e-mail program.

McAfee is one of your problems. It should not be allowed to mess with
your email. As a minimum, turn off email scanning in McAfee.
