I can receive email but can not send email. Any suggestions? I keep getting
the following error mesage:
Subject 'test', Account: 'mail.ca.astound.net', Server:
'smtp.ca.astound.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x800CCC19

Are you sending from home or while on the road?

Also, there should be a sentence or two that precedes the error
message you gave below.

This is generally caused by email scanning by an anti-virus, anti-spam or
anti-spyware program. Email scanning should be turned off in any such
program (uninstall any anti-spam program). Also exclude EML files from the
scan. It provides no protection not provided by the regular resident
protection.
Besides that, McAfee and Norton are not compatible with Windows Mail and
Outlook Express and should be uninstalled.
