sending email

I have downloaded the trial bersion of 2007 off sbr and the 2007 version of
outlook with business contacts manager.

I can receive emails fine. Howver I cannot send. I get a "undeliverable)
message that says "Your message did not reach some or all of the intended
recipients."
it goes on to list the recipient. I have tried it with other e addresses and
I get the same message.

Below that is the crux of the problem, I beleieve. "550 rcpt to -----
"relaying not allow - please use SMTP AUTH.

I have changed my settings using every choice i have all to no avail.
Please help.
