Sending email using "ctrl + enter"

can anyone tell me how I set up outlook to be able to
send message by pressing "ctrl + enter". I had Outlook
2000 and when I was upgraded to 2003 the "ctrl + enter"
ability went away.

I am using word as my outlook editor, does this have
anything to do with it.

I don't think Ctrl-Enter will send mail with Word as the editor - that's
the "Insert page break" command in Word.
