sending email to multiple addresses

I want to send email to multiple addresses in one mailshot, but I can not
find how to set this up within Outlook
Could anyone tell me what I need to do to achieve this

You can put all those addresses in the BCC field or initiate a Mail Merge
from the Contracts folder through Tools-> Mail Merge
