Sending Email to Distribution List

All of the sudden I can't send email to a distribution list. I can send it to
an individual but not a list. It keeps giving me a 0x800CCC0F error message.
 
Just a guess...

If your using Active Directory for your distribution lists in outlook, check
there to make sure that the group you are trying to message hasn't been
deleted. If outlook is set up in cached mode you will not see changes made
to Active Directory right away.

To update your address book manually, in outlook click on Tools > Send and
Receive > Download Address Book. This takes a little while but will download
a new and refreshed address book to your computer.

Are all of the distribution lists not working, or just the one in question?
And is it a distribution list you set up locally on your machine in outlook?
