Sending email for different domain names

Hi all,
I have two separate email address and want to know how, when composing a
mail can I choose which address I want the mail to be shown as being from. I
have set up forwarding so that mail sent to both addresses come into outlook
at the smae time when I click send recieve and that works fine. please help!
 
Have you tried using the 'From' field? To get this click on the drop down
next to Options.
