I have an access database that deals with repairs, it has a function
that marks critical repairs. these are on a query. I have a button
that creates a spreadsheet and puts it into an e mail, this then uses a
dlookup to send the e mail to the correct person, but my problem is
that sometimes there are more than one person to mail a critical repair
to. Is there a way that it can creates a report for each person listed
in the query and send then seperate emails with there parts on it.
If so how is this done, in simple terms as not the best with access.
