Sending e-mails from my boss

How do I send e-mails from my boss on his behalf? Can I do something other
than change the signature to amke it llok more official?
 
You start off by saying the following

Dear Sir

I am sending this email on behalf of my employer Mr. FFFF FFFFFF
 
We cannot help you if you don't help us first. What version of Outlook? Do
you use Exchange? Do you want to send as or send on behalf of?
