Sending E-Mail using SMTP in VB6.0

Hi

Please help me..

I have a VB application.
I want to send an email using SMTP.
I have mailing server "mail.supremeserver11.com".
I want to send mail through this server.
How can I send?

If possible please help me with a sample code in VB.
