Sending e mail to groups of records

I am designing to manage recorsd of learners. Each learner is allocated a
unique ID number and allocated to a group. The membership of each groups is
continously changing. I need to send emails to each group. Require a
procedure/macro to select e mail addresses for all members of a group and
send e mail message. The message will be entered by the operator and therfore
need to open Outlook with the e mail addresses entered. I have querried this
before but failed.......is this a job for DLOOKUP?

You can use it to send reports by email to selected members. Also the code
at:

http://www.datastrat.com/Code/MultipleEmail.txt

can be used to send groups of email out.
