Hello

When running this command, I get an Outlook message box telling me that "a
program is trying to automatically send an e-mail on my behalf using the
item.send propery, and do I want to continue".

it's very annoying and unnecessary for what I'm trying to do - how do I turn
it off?

Thanks for your help

Simon,

I seem to remember a document about reducing/removing those pop-ups. Try
searching for 'Outlook Security' under 'MSDN & KB'. There are several
references to precisely this message.

Good Luck!

That is a "feature" of Outlook 2003, not Access. If you are in corporate
mode and using an Exchange server then the Exchange administrators can do
something about the message. There is nothing you can do on the client
except to NOT use Outlook as your default MAPI program.

Does anyone know why the clickyes download only works for about 400 emails
then quits? If I restart access, it will send about the same amount again and
then error out with the 2293 runtime error.

Thanks,
