Sending e-mail " Error"

When sending an email, I recieve the following error.

Task 'pop.earthlink.net - Sending' reported error
(0x800CCC65) : 'Your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server has
reported an internal error. If you continue to receive
this message, contact your server administrator or
Internet service provider (ISP). The server responded:
503 No recipient(s).'

My ISP says he can't fix it and it is an
Outlook/Microsoft issue. Can you help?

Go into the properties for that account within Outlook.
Make sure that My Server Requires Authentication is
checked.

What version of Outlook do you have? Could you turn on diagnostic logging
(see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q300479) and
post (as an attachment) the OPMLog.log file after you get this error?

Sorry - I could not see how to post this as an attachment... so here is the log file. I obscured my e-mail ids - but that is the only change I made.

FYI…I have two accounts with the same ISP (Mindspring). I can receive messages for both accounts but I cannot send from either account. I messed with my account setup in Outlook but cannot seem to get the right combination of settings

I did notice one peculiar thing. Even if I explicitly state a “From:†name/account when I create a new e-mail, when I look in the Outbox, the “From:†field is no longer populated.
