Sending attachments to TO and CC but not BCC

Is it possible with VBA to create a custom mail form that when sent
strips the attachment from the BCC recipients? I know that Outlook
Express for Mac has this option....surprisingly OE for Windows does
not. Any help is appreciated.

No. VBA is not used for custom mail forms at all. The Bcc recipients would
receive a completely different mail item, one without the To or Cc
recipients.
