Sending an email to mulitple clients

Can you send a letter via email to muiltiple clients like you would in word
mail merge. So it is easier and quicker than editing each one.

You can also use an add-in for Outlook to do that. There are so many add-ins
build for this purpose that it is impossible not to find one that can suit
you. For example I use Easy Mail Merge because I think is the most easy to
use of all. You can find it at this link:
