I try to send a new message to a specific Newsgroup, by either clicking on
New Post or reply to sender and I get an error message similiar to this
one---Windows Mail could not post your message. Subject 'PLEASE REPOST ANY',
Account: 'News', Server: 'inetnews.worldnet.att.net', Protocol: NNTP, Server
Response: '441 Posting Failed (Exceeded Newsgroup CrossPost Limit (5))',
Port: 563, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 441, Error Number: 0x800CCCA9

Any help in this matter

On the face of it you are breeching the limit on the number of groups
you can post to (set by your ISP as an anti spam measure.)

How many target groups are you specifying?

The error says that you are trying to post the message to more than 5
newsgroups.
Are you?

You should check with Worldnet, but it looks like they have set a 5 group
crosspost limit.

yes was trying to post to more than 5, so i should post to less than 5?

In your case, by that I mean your particular server,
up to, and including, 5 should be OK.
