call your internet company first to make sure all your pop, and socket
numbers are correct. Once that is correct if you have downloaded a security
system like avg or adware remove those then check your willows mail to see if
they come thru. I had to remove avg off my computer with windows vista
because windows secuirty and avg was working against each other and it was
stopping my mail to come thru and I was receiving an error mesg...like u.
