Sending a Blank vCard form

How do I send my contacts a blank vCard form for them to fill out? This way
I can let them add their address and other info for my contact info folder.

There's no such thing. A vCard actually is a text file in a special format.
(Save one and open it in Notepad.) It's Outlook that makes it appear in a
particular form layout.

If the other users have Outlook or another vCard-compatible application,
they can use that application to generate a vCard with their personal
details and send it to you.
