Send via Outlook gives Invalid Switch message

I have configured a 'Send to' as 'Send via Outlook' with the following:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE" /c ipm.note

I have used it at least 5 times per week for the last couple of years
without any problems. Today, I get a message "the command line arguement is
not valid. Verify the switch that you are using"

Does anyone have any idea what might be going wrong?
 
I'm guessing SP3 was installed between when it works and when it didn't.
what version level (sp1/updates) are you at? See Help, About. Are you
selecting 1 file or multiple files?
 
Hi Diane,

I am on SP3 now but cannot remember when I got it - I have looked in my
update history and cannot find anything about it. I only ever do 1 file at a
time - trying to do more than 1 has never worked!!
