Send to Mail Recipient

I use outlook for all mail, including hotmail. Recently,
the Send to Mail recipient function, found by right
clicking on a file, has been pointing my browser at
hotmail rather than opening an outlook message. Can
somebody help me fix this annoying problem?

Control Panel->Internet Options->Ensure Outlook is the default mail handler.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

It is the default. I've tried repairing, hoping somehow
that would have an affect, it did not.
