Send To - EASY QUESTION / Task Bar - Another EASY ?

I am trying to add my mail program "Lotus Notes" to the
send to selections...( A drive, printer,Excel , Word,
Recycle Bin etc..) . Can't figure it out and can't find it
in help.

The second question is regarding the Start Bar. I somehow
dragged it over to the right hand side of the screen. Pls
instruct as to how I can place it back on the bottom.

Add the shortcut to folder
C:\Documents and Settings\"myusername"\SendTo

Place cursor over blank area on bar, press left mouse button and drag
back to the bottom and release.
