Send to as Mail Reciepient

I have several excel spreadsheets that are used to fill in customer data and
then are forwarded via Outlook 03 to the appropriate parties. If I choose
File -> Send to -> Mail Reciepient (as attachment) I have one person that
can't open the file. Yet if I save the file to my desktop and then attach the
file it works fine???? Why just this person, everyone else works fine.

Do they get an error message? If so, please tell us what it is.

Also, is this person able to save the file to another location then open it
from there?

Yes, I get thess errors.
Can't create the file: name of file. Right click the folder you want to
create the file in, and then click properties on the shorcut menu to check
your permissions for the folder.

If I try to save it I get the error, Outlook could not save the file.

Try clearing out the OLK* folder under Temporary Internet Files... see
