Send to a certain email address from a specific account

Hi there

I have one Mac user on our network, and everyone has to remember to send
messages to him through the external mailserver rather than exchange.

Is there any way we can set up a rule, either on each PC or on the exchange
server to automatically select the external mail server to send to this
account?

Any help much appreciated!!

What is your network setup? Why do you have to use an external mail server
to send to this client? Doesn't the Exchange server have an Internet
connection? Why doesn't the Mac user have its own Exchange mailbox?
