hi i have a problem with automatic send recieve i have gone to toll mail
setup and aout send recieve at start up is checked all groups are set but
when i open outlook i have to manully click on send recieve button to recieve
all new mail this starting happening after O/S was reinstalled and outlook
reinstalled do i have to reinstall office2003?

Seems to me that if I'm asking strangers for free advice, then I really
ought to do all I can to make it as easy as possible for them to provide
that advice. With that in mind, I would suggest you use punctuation and
capitalization properly. I for one, will not take the time to try to
decipher a mess like this.

I had a similar problem with Outlook 2002. Are you connected to a network?
If so then you have to delete the profile created and recreate it.

1) Right - click Outlook shortcut
2) Select Properties
3) A Mail Setup box will display
4) Click on Show profiles
5) Another box displays. Click on Remove.
6) Then click on add
