I can send email, but I can't receive any email in Outlook. I am currently
using Outlook Express to collect mail, so there is no prob with accounts or
servers. When I go to try to change my send/receive settings in oulook, it
seems I can't get to any of these options. For example, if I go,
tools-options-mail setup- when I hit the send/receive button, nothing
happens. If I go to send/receive settings and choose define send/receive
groups - nothing happens - no pop up box, nothing at all. (ive also tried
ctrl-alt-s). Ive got a couple of accounts coming into outlook - none of them
are functional. Can anyone help?

Hi Roady, thanks for the tip - Im not that clever though - which srs file?
what will it be called exactly? - I dont want to mess with the wrong file.

It will be named after your profile so it it hard to say the exact filename
for your configuration. By Default it is in;
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\
