send/receive messages in outlook not express

I would like to use outlook and not express since it has no spam control and
my messages are not appearing in outlook, only outlook express. How can I fix
this?

Assuming you have set up the email accounts in Outlook, and tested them, you
stop using OE, or set it not to retreive mail, or remove its accounts.
