Send/Receive messages at startup

Hi, I would like Send/Receive messages when I open
Outlook.In 'Outlook Express' there is a check box in
Options to do this, but I'm unable to find it in Outlook.

Its in the Tools|Options|Mail Setup
There's a Send/Recieve section and a box for you to tick.

Then all you need to do is configure an automatic Send/Receive interval in
Tools > Send/Receive > Send/Receive Settings > Define Send/Receive groups.
