Send/receive email through Outlook

I had Comcast internet and had no problems sending/receiving email. I had to
change to SBC due to moving where Comcast is not available. I cannot
send/receive email through Outlook although SBC says that all my settings are
right I can't send/receive through Yahoo em ail.

You need to use the correct server names (smtp.sbcglobal.yahoo.com and
pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.com, most likely) and you need to use your SBC Yahoo!
address ([email protected]) and password as authentication credentials,
for both incoming and outgoing servers.
