Send/Receive Dialogue Box Way Off to Right

After I hit Send/Receive button, dialogue box which appears just briefly
during the process (in itself normal) is now way off to right, partially off
screen. It used to be in center of screen. Is there any way to recenter
this?

tools, Send/receive - browse the menu to find the option to show send
receive dialog and drag it to the middle.

I have Outlook 2002, Office 2002, XP Home Edition. I have looked at the
Tools, Send/Receive Options. There is no Show Send/Receive Dialogue.
