Send One E-mail Multiple Addresses privately

How do I send an e-mail mesage to 32 people and not let them see the 32 other
peoples addreses but just see mine?

Put yours into the To field, the others into Bcc.

You can do this with a third party add-in for Outlook. I use Easy Mail Merge

I did that but the BCC addresses just sit in the Outbox.

Thanks, they no longer sit but they don't get delivered either. I get
confirmation that it was sent But I waited for the message to show up but it
did not. (I used two of my personal e-mail accounts-one hotmail and one pop3)

Put the recipients on the "Bcc" line. As Blind Copy recipients, each
recipient will only see your address in the "From" field. The "To" field
will be blank.
