Hello,

I'm using Outlook 2002 on a Windows XP Pro SP2 box with an Exchange 2000
server.

I followed the instructions on KB327000 for Grant "Send on behalf"
permissions" for both Active Directory and Outlook 2002.
But now I cannot figure out how to send a email message so in the "From"
field it will state "Send on behalf".

Please assist.

Thank you.

Just put the other mailbox name in the From box. If you have Send On Behalf Of permission, Outlook will automatically make it read to the recipient, "Sent by <you> on behalf of <them>." If, however, you have the higher Send As permission, it will look like it came from <them> with no mention of <you>. Check with your Exchange administrator if you aren't sure which permission you have.
