Send mail with C#

In Excel 2003 there is a feature that will allow you to send a single
worksheet as the body of an email, i'm trying to access this feature
using C# and i can't seem to find it, has anyone done this before or
have any ideas the best way to go??? in Excel 2003 if you go to file -
send to-mail recipient it will pull up a box that asks wether you want
to send the whole book or current page, i'm trying to send a single page
