I Have send a message to many peoples in a particular order but same mail is

You don't get to control the "order" (schedule) of who receives your
message. You give your message to your outbound mail server. It sends
the e-mail, not Outlook.
Or maybe what you meant to ask is that you send multiple e-mails to the
SAME recipient but they arrive out of order. Again, you don't control
the order. You submit your messages to your outbound mail host and it
sends them. You could even pause between sending your messages but that
might not work if the mail host is batching them out. It is often
inefficient to send just one e-mail at a time, especially when there are
many of them targeting the same domain. Rather than start up a whole
new mail session with a domain's receiving mail host (very expensive),
the sending mail host will batch up many e-mails sent to the same domain
and send them all within a single mail session (more efficient). The
order of those e-mails is not controlled by you, so a particular batch
might have your e-mails to the same domain out of your wanted order or
your e-mails may even be in different batches (i.e., in different mail
sessions between sending and receiving mail hosts).
If you want the recipient to see content in a particular order, you'll
have to write a single e-mail that presents that content in that
particular order.
