Send Personally is Microsoft Outlook add-in that is designed to send
messages to a great number of recipients via Microsoft Outlook 2007 /
2003 /
XP / 2000. This Outlook add-in offers an alternative method of sending
messages from Outlook, separate messages being created for each
recipient.
The final recipient will receive no information about any of the other
recipients. Moreover, he/she will see only his/her name and address in
the
"To" field, as if the message was sent only to him/her.
Accordingly the feature of this mail does not match with the requirement
of
the person who asks.
I also need to send personally but not thru BCC. I want it to be really
PERSONAL

BCC, not CC. While composing the email, you as the originator will
see all the recipients on the BCC line, but when a recipient receives
it,
he will not see the other email addresses.
BCC= blind carbon copy
If you don't see the BCC line, from a compose window click on View, All
Headers.

if I put the the address on the cc, the recipient still sees all the
email
address in the wondows mail program. This is th email program with
vista.
:
on my previous computer I perchurased a program to send e amils to
list
personally so the the recipients would not see the list. Vista will
not
allow me to download the file. Please help me with sending e-mails
to a list
on vista without the recipient seeing the names and addresses on the
list
