send error report - don't send - someone please help !!

Hi - I keep getting a window popping up that
says, "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and
needs to shut down.... etc...etc ...

then there are two boxes. one of which I have to click on.
" send error report" or " don't send"
No matter which one that I click on, I loose my Internet
explorer and am sent back to my desktop to start all over
again.

I have done all the MS updates, called my ISP and nothing
helps. Does anyone have a clue ??

You get this Dialog box because Internet Exploder has crashes which is
why no matter which button you press, you are dropped back to the
desktop.

If you choose to send the report, Microsoft becomes aware of the
problem and can work on a fix. To be supplied in a patch or the next
Service Pack.

If it's a known problem. You may get a response telling you that and
possibly a fix. But, This isn't common.
