Send email to many address

Sending an email to many address at once used to be easy with Contact Group.
BUT, I can't find the way to make this Contact Group in Windows Mail in
Windows Vista.
If I clicked on Contact icon, showed Windows Contact, but, even if I
right-clicked on the Contact Folder there is no "Action" option.
Anyone know what should I do or if there is any other way? Thanks alot.
