Send current file to an e-mail address

G'Day,
Have you guys got a code which does the following ?
1. Looks into the directory where the active WorkBook resides and searches
for a Link,
2. If there is no link, creates one.
3. Opens a new e-mail, sticks the Link into the mail as an attachment?
Should work with LotusNotes...
