Send button Outlook 2003

I installed Outlook 2003 on a second XP system. It uninstalled the previous
version of Outlook. When I go to the Untitled Message page to send an email,
there is no email send button there.

I am having the same poroblem. There is no send button when I compose a new
message or when I am replying to a message. And, yes, I have accounts
configured. Any ideas?
