send but not receive email

I have a user among 11 others - all using Outlook 2000 - on an Exchange
2000 Server. This user's machine is new XP Pro. Successfully conncted
to existing Exchange account and can send/receive internally, and send
Internet mail - however - this one user never receives Internet mail -
and does not bounce back to sender (7 days elapsed since first tests).

Cannot find mail in queue. No other users experiencing issues.

Help!
 
Hi - I replied in m.p.exchange2000.clients. Please don't multipost - if you
need to post to multiple groups, it's best to crosspost instead, by posting
a single message to a handful of relevant groups (separate the NG names with
commas) so that everyone can follow the thread. Thanks :-)
